How do I get an email response from the Appointment form?

Our doc loves this template because of the appointment form. It looks like the email is set up properly, but when I fill out the appointment form it gives me the submission "thank you" text, but no email to admin or client is received. Please help.

Hi,
1) in general in that addon there is a "Recipient Email" field, check if you added there a good e-mail. Send test message again.
2) check SPAM folder

There is possibility that server block this kind of messages from forms, so please make sure that your standard sending feature from Joomla work. Check in Global Settings - Mail feature.

1) There is a good email address in recipient field, mine.
2) I have sent several tests and so have my clients, SPAM folders clear.
3) Global Mail settings are set correctly, and have been :)

I have tried all of these and more, I still get no email from this form. I have never gotten an email response of any kind from this form.

Please advise, this is the only thing keeping us from launch.

so it must be block from server settings.
this is basic addon, so no extra sending settings.

I see no evidence that the APPOINTMENT FORM is working. We have been waiting 2 weeks to get this issue resolved on the APPOINTMENT FORM. I see Author: nayemmajhar has created a test in the Page Builder of the Contact Form... not the Appointment form...

The contact form has always worked, but the client wanted the new Appointment form that came with this template.
As we have already passed our deadline to launch, we have launched with Contact Forms instead, it is not what we wanted but this is getting frustrating.

Apology for the late. It was server issue, your server wasn't allow to send mail to thirdparty server.
