My problem is that the width is reduce, even if I change the component layout in template to Fluid Width.

1) I have to see site URL to tell more, without I am blind.
2) You have problem on homepage only or all subpages?

The problem is on all pages.

To avoid the problem , I have to change the "Fluid Row" setting on all rows on all pages.
That was not the case in the prévious version. Is there a way to change one setting that aply at all pages' site ?

Unfortunately, but no. You have to set manually.
But are you 100% sure that full width (Fluid row) is good for all pages and rows?
On Screen 21" and more it doesn't look nice. Hard to see whole page, read text.
Please consider your design decision again.
