Hi,
start with translation language phrases:

PRICE="Purchase price ($)"
TERM="Mortgage term (year)"
DOWN_PAYMENT="Down payment ($)"
INTEREST="Interest rate (%)"
MONTHLY_PAYMENT="Your monthly payment ($)"

It's old module, you have to fix design using custom css.This may help:

#mortgage_calculator input {width: 100px !important;}

Am not that good with css, input that into the option in the module and nothing happened, am regretting paying a subscription to you, have tried two of your templates, Melvin, titles on articles will not change and sportson and the sports one, will not change the amount of columns for articles, simply has one large one which is less than useless. If these cannot be sorted will be looking for a refund.

this module is free, so no refund.

If you have that module on the right side, where is small place for it.
I suggest to use different CSS.

#mortgage_calculator label {
display: block;
float: none !important;
font-size: 14px;
height: 30px;
text-align: left;
width: 99%;
margin: 0;}

#mortgage_calculator input {
float: none; margin:0 !important; display: block;}

ABove code use inside CUSTOM CSS field in Helix3 based template.

I have tried this by pasting this into Module Class Suffix in the back nd of the module and has no affect,
perhaps when giving instrcutions you could be a little more precise.

When I suggested a refund this was only one of th ethings I had issues with. the other you have sorted,

Module Class Suffix - is for class names only ! Not Custom CSS !
Please add my code into your template css file !
THEN:
Can you add new screenshot how it looks after adding my CSS code?

About refund, honestly you should ask refund from your CSS & Joomla teacher (Ironic Joke)
In each Joomla book/tutorial is written what for is "module class suffix". I hope lesson learned.

I have entered this in the customer css box in the template - and nothing changes.
In the customer css box I already have .entry-header h2 {
font-size: 20px;
font-weight: 800; }
however I have removed this and pasted the mortgage code only and still no change

Without URL we can talk about it next few weeks.
It's like healing by phone.
