How to change the labels on the contact form.. (not the language)

Featured Lock Resolved Issue
Hello, I'll like to change the labels it self with another texts.. for example: in the "name" field, I'll like to change to "please fill you full name".. or in the "message" to "What are you interested to know?"
Something like that..

Repeat: I don't need to change the labels to another language, it is easy changed if the language is installed on SPPB.

If I understand well,
For sure it requests PHP/HTML contact addon customization,
and you may also add title="TIP MESSAGE" for each field to help users.

we used "required" tag in input fields, and it uses default message from the browser to tell the user that field must be filled.

Where are those files php/html contact addon for customise? and also.. those files are independent from each language? or I have also to change some translate file?
I mean:
Ad example in the field "name" (in the TIP MESSAGE or the title for the field), I want to write "Please write your full name", but I have 3 languages. I should change the php/html and then also the strings in the translator files?
