How to have correct layout when publishing own Menu Module in Menu Position (all Helix Templates) ?

Featured Lock Resolved Issue
Hi there,

I was very happy to meet you at #jwc17 in Rome :)

I forgot to ask you a question (I mention Helix3, but this question pertains to all templates in fact) :

The Helix3 framework makes us choose the "main menu" (don't even need a Module. Great).
But this raises two questions :
- in a regular Menu Module, I can set "start level = 2". How can I achieve this (directly or indirectly) ?
- alternatively, I could create an ad hoc Menu Module and publish it in Menu position. But then its *layout* does not correspond to the layout of the official menu chose in Helix Framework. How can I publish my own Menu Module in Menu Position and have the correct layout (can I for example add a class to my module, ...) ?

Thanks for your valuable reply. I am really sorry for lack of this feature. But, Helix ultimate will have interactive mega menu feature. Please wait for Helix ultimate.

Thanks for your query. If you wanna use third party or own module then you have to write CSS for fix it. We are very sorry to say that, we are not allowed to provide the customization support. I hope you understand.

Txs for the quick reaction, Toufiq.

I am not asking for customization support.

Just asking you for the best way you think of to show a Menu starting from level 2, given the fact that Helix3 framework "forces" to display ALL menu items and does not allow to start from level X as would any core Menu Module.

(+ could that be a feature in Helix4 for more flexibility ?)

PS : for example, with Protostar, you only have to add the class " nav-pills" to any Menu Module to have it displayed nicely in Menu Position). So maybe it would make sense to foresee that in Helix4 if it is not already the case...
