I have not found the file custom.css

You didn't read manual as I suggested.
This file must be created.
I made the change and added the code you sent me the file in file template.css

Wrong, use custom.css instead

About background image for whole site use (inside custom.css):
body.bg {
background: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0) url("http://demo.joomshaper.com/2014/glamour/images/demo/slideshow/1.jpg";) repeat scroll 0 0;
}

Of course customize it for your purpose.

Hi,
1) First you have to set Boxed layout in template settings, then choose image for BG
2) Please override following code with your own bg color in rgba:
#sp-header-wrapper.menu-fixed #header {
background: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.8) none repeat scroll 0 0 !important;
}

3) Read : https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/helix3/custom-code-settings

ad 1) Probably because I forgot that Glamour was based on Helix2 not Helix3. My mistake. Sorry.
So please use:

.body-innerwrapper {
background: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0) url("YourImageFile.jpg";) repeat scroll 0 0;
}

Dear Paul

You indicate to me the following

1) First you have to set Boxed layout in template settings, then choose image for BG
2) Please override following code with your own bg color in rgba:
#sp-header-wrapper.menu-fixed #header {
background: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.8) none repeat scroll 0 0 !important;
}

3) Read : https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/helix3/custom-code-settings

do not specify a path to change some file

Glamour is based on Helix 2
