How to remove padding on bottom footer position

Hi, I've problem with the padding on my footer. I've regulate the padding on the layout position, but it still not working. what can I do? anyway also the color is very different, because I put a blue color and the padding is with another color like brown. You can see in the attachments: the position on template, the footer now and the footer that I would like to see. is it possible? Many Thanks. Laura

Here is the custom css code i've used

.sp-bottom-footer {
padding: 0px !important;
}
