How to update Helix -II. (Joomla 2.5 to Joomla 3.X) ?

Featured Lock Resolved Issue
I used shaper_helix_ii_quickstart_j25.zip for one of my template. I need to update that from joomla 2.5 to joomla 3.X. I changed the Update server setting from component>Joomla! Update >option. Please take a look at the attachment (update server images). I also tried with the joomla extension upload way. When i upload the Joomla_3.2.3-Stable-Full_Package.zip file the it says "Warning: POST Content-Length of 9567278 bytes exceeds the limit of 8388608 bytes in Unknown on line 0". And other files not working after uploaded. Also when i uploaded i got this message " Fatal error: Call to a member function set() on a non-object in /home/name/public_html/joomla/administrator/components/com_login/controller.php on line 38".

Is there any other way for update or how can i resolve this issue?

Waiting for your positive reply. Thanks in advance.
