I am trying to import a template and it is telling me that I have an "Invalid Email Address"

Featured Lock Resolved Issue
I am using the same email address & license. It just started doing this last week.

1) it must be e-mail which you used during registration on JoomShaper. Check 2x , no space after or before e-mail.
2) Reinstall SPPB Pro again
3) Clear browser cache

#1 I am using the same email address & license and no spaces
#2 I am able to install all of the updates with no problem. Would that not prove to the system that #1 is valid?
#3 Cleared.

#2 By reinstall, do you mean uninstall first? then reinstall?
