I am using the latest HelixUltimate Quickstart and Can not get SPPagebuilder Pro to work

Featured Lock Resolved Bug
Installed the Helix Ultimate Quickstart. Installed SP Pagebuilder Pro 3.1.3
Added my email and licence key
Can not get the pro version to work. It actually says I have the pro version installed.
I can not use the templates in Pagebuilder. I can not use many of the functions as it keeps telling me I need the pro version.
Please help.
I have installed 3 sites using the Quickstart. All 3 have this issue

OK, I tried to uninstall all SP pagebuilder files.
Reinstalled pagebuilder and the pages were still listed, and I have the same issue.
Is there a permission issue with your quickstart possibly?
So, the Quickstart is not really functioning.

FYI I need to work on this project so I am deleting it and reinstalling with out the quickstart.. Im sure you can reproduce the issue in house.

From your 1st screenshot "autopro.png" I see that your browser still keeps old files from Lite version.

So, the Quickstart is not really functioning.

Not always all issues are our fault. Users also forget about basics. And they do not read manuals.
