I'm only getting shortcodes?

Featured Lock Resolved Issue
I'm using Page Builder Pro (current version) to edit a site that I'm building for a client. On several of the pages, the page was built with an older version of Pager Builder, but it has since been updated. I was unable to see where to edit the content on the blocks created with the older version, so I created a new block to see if I could figure out how to use Page Builder. I can actually edit the content on that block, but when I view the page all I see if some shortcode below the original block. Take a look at https://ccplus.3catsdigital.com/cleaning-services and scroll dowm - you should see what I mean. All I see for that block is:

[repetable_item img="" link="" title="Input Content Here" contenthtml=""]

Any idea what's going wrong?

Hi,
yes, as you see you have to rebuild those "broken" addons with new one.
There is no other way.

If it was Accordion addon, just add new, and copy items one by one.

Hmmm. Ok, so I tried to build a brand new page, but it's still giving me that same thing. The new page is at https://ccplus.3catsdigital.com/2016-07-05-07-51-06

Do I need to completely remove all the old pages (which came with the template I purchased), uninstall Page Builder, then reinstall and start over?

No, it's not recommended.

Your page is loading ages here, I guess your hosting is located on "Pacific/Australia" island.
My browser for over 4min tried to load but gave up.

Anyway...
in most cases, this kind of problems is based on a template override, when addons were overridden by template code.

It's easy to solve/fix, just DELETE folders from here
templates\TEMPLATE_NAME\sppagebuilder\addons

(backup first)

Thanks for pointing out the slow loading time. It was loading fine for me, which is why I didn't notice.

Regarding the template override, I have a question: is the ob_service addon yours? Looking at the code, the header references JoomShaper, but if it was developed by someone else, they could have simply left the copyright information.

This is the addon that seems to be causing an issue, at least on this page. If it's not yours, I'm thinking maybe I could update the code so that it works.

our addons have normal names and they are in component folder only, no "ob_" name at the beginning.

yes, you can ask template developer for help, or do it alone.
It's beyond us.

Many template developers use the Helix engine, but they make code customizations.
Which are legal, but we cannot support them for obvious reasons.
Unfortunately, the template developer seems to be out of business now. I can probably do whatever coding is needed to get the specific addon working, but I could not find any documentation on developing addons. Can you point me somewhere?

you have to compare current addon code (header part of site.php and admin.php) with old one.

Or just use only our, current addons, and forget about old ones.
