Hi,
I am not from JCE support, but from my long experience with this extension (PRO) I can give you a BIG tip.

1) JCE has profiles, you can have separate for Dekstop and Mobile.
2) Inside Profiles you can remove not used icons (tools) from the toolbar. In most cases, you need only a few of them.

Take a LOOK at the settings from my private site:

Is now all clear?
Not yet clear, I know you are not jce..., but you included this module into yours, so what I ask you is how you intend to work together... if I embed url, for desktop view it's ok, but for mobile view not good, is there a way you can tell me, or is it impossible according to SP-LMS...
