In left part of page links not working

Featured Lock Resolved Bug
Hi!
I have a problem with links on all pages. In the left part of the screen links are not working as if something is covering the left part! I tried to figure it out checking template but I wasn't able to fix it.

Is there anyone who can help me out?
Thank you very much!

About Menu, have you published two Menu modules on offcavas position, each for each language.
Lt_Tea - is not our template, as you know. So I cannot tell if there was something changed on helix inside.
----
In which sub-page it doesn't work, I couldn't find any issue.

Dear Paul

Yes I published 2 modules Offcanvas menu for each language as you can see in the screen shot
modules are recalled from the "menu" manage section with "linked modules to menu"
I followed all steps

As for the left part issue you think is a template problem? Maybe I should change template?

Make a simple test:
1) Create a custom module add there any TEXT publish on offcanvas position, but assign to all pages, check result

2) Install Helix3 template, set as default and check your mobile menus

Hi Paul

creating a custom module with text that is shown on offcanvas menus
while changing template doesn't affect anything
:(
I'm really confused

I made a test with Helix but still doesn't appear menu on off canvas position.
Other modules yes.
I guess Is not a template issue

so it must be menu module settings problem.
This area treat menu module like any other module.

Check menu module assignation etc.

p.s.

I bought the pro version of Page Builder counting on forum support as well.

You bought support for SPPB, not for custom template.
