Install LMS and site goes blank

Featured Lock Resolved Issue
I installed LMS 3.0, Joomla 3.6.5 running on Siteground. Back end looks fine, I set up course, add to a menu, go to front end and site is gone. No error message, nothing, just blank page. Disable the component, still no site. On Cpanel, I change name of component file, site comes back up. Repeated to make sure.

Home pages is on SP Page Builder 2.3.5.

I'm thinking there is a fairly obvious answer to this but It's not coming to me.

In the install instructions, it says:

After the SP LMS component has been installed, you are presented with a message saying that the installation process was a success. It means also you can use it for your new project. Now you can download splms_modules_unzipfirst_j3.zip package. But before you will be able to install it you have to unzip package to get 5 separate modules. Then you will be able to install module one by one.

I'm not clear on this -- I didn't see an unzipfirst file to download. I am thinking that maybe the instructions mean, "Or you can download" instead of "Now you can download" ??

Thank you in advance for your time.

1) Joomla 3.6.5 - do we have Dec 2016 ? Please update to Joomla 3.8.6 !
2) SP Page Builder 2.3.5 - was published in Jan 2017 - again, update to 3.1.2
3) What template you have, from which year 2015, 2016, 2017, or 2018 was last update ?

Please be responsible webmaster or more careful what you write.

4) Current version of "com_splms_fullpackage_v3.0.zip" - contain All In One. Just install it.
And component and modules will be installed.
I will update manual, indeed there was old content based on v2.x. Sorry.

Last week we've also updated 3 of our relevant Joomla templates (Yoga, Educon, and Varsita) to make them well-compatible with the latest version of SP LMS component (3.x).

Because Siteground use Geeky SuperCacher - make sure that you cleaned that cache too !
