Hi Paul,
I tested upgrading an older version directly to SP Page Builder 3.3.6 (instead of 3.3.5) and the SP Cookie Consent has not been installed. So, seem to be an issue of 3.3.5 version (not sure if present in older version because I didn't followed all the 3.3.x releases).

A & B - If you can proof me that your SPPB package had Cookie plugin inside, I will send you bottle of vine with sorry letter

You are welcome in Panama and also in Italy, but that was not the agreement...

Hi,
Not possible. Please check SP Page Builder Pro 3.3.x package again.
There is no cookie plugin inside. I checked 3.3.5 and 3.3.6

D - you have different topic for this question, so no mess please
E - create separate page for each language.
F - no support yet for user actions log, but this feature is for editors anyway, not typical users, so no relation with GDPR. It's planned for future.

Hi Paul,
I'm quite sure because happened on 2 sites. Anyway, PHP 7.1.24, I put online on a test site a previous site AkkebaBackup

I updated to Joomla 3.9
I installed SP Page Builder Pro 3.3.5 on previos release. The installation with success with the Message:

Installation of the plugin was successful.
SP Cookie Consent - A plugin to display cookie notice to the website visitors.

The SP Cookie Consent has been installed.
I can send you the SP Page Builder Pro 3.3.5 package I downloaded.

PS I'm italian and I live in Panama. You cannot send me a bottle of any wine, I want a bottle of "Amarone" like this one: http://www.cantinealdegheri.it/prodotti/le-riserve~2/amarone-della-valpolicella-classico~18.html
Thanks!

I'll open another topic for the other questions, but there were about SP Cookie Consent

Have you tried SPPB 3.3.6 ? 3.3.5 is not available anymore for public.
I tried to find phrase "SP Cookie Consent" inside 3.3.5 package and I couldn't find it.
Maybe it was (and will be) one of the secret of the Bermuda triangle.
----
Anyway If I would be one day in Panama, I promise to take you something to drink. :D
