Joomshaper 3.0 not working with Joomla 3,82

Featured Lock Resolved Issue
Hi Guys
Upgraded to Joomshaper 3.0 with Joomla 3.82 and couldn't get add-ons etc to work. Custom module content made in JS 2.54 deleted.

To get out of trouble I have downgraded to JS 2.54 but have you got any fixes for the update?

please wait with update to 3 til next week, 3.0.3 (is for you)
in meantime just share two information's:

1) What template name, developer and framework was based on?
2) SPPB cannot delete content of modules, so maybe we talk about custom addon ?

Hi Guys
Thaks for quick response. I will wait for next week. All ok with JS2.54 until then.

1: Aplikko Flex theme, Helix.JSshaper
2: Definately Custom modules deleted on upgrade to JS 3.0. I did the install with Joomla 3.82 at the same time so could be either or the template?

No worries anyway now. All sorted with the downgrade and will redo the custom modules as only 3 of them. Each one just a page builder button placed in the Top positions

I never heard that any component can clean others module content, it's X-Files Case, or what ?
Ask Aplikko developer for update, if he used Helix3 framework, he should upgrade it to v2.4 as we did last week.
He should also upgrade or just check all addons inside template if they are compatible with SPPB 3
This is not our job.
