Just installed Page Builder, and not one Add-on is showing up when published

Featured Lock Resolved Issue
Hello, I have just installed Page Builder Pro on my Joomla site (which uses a Helix template). The site has been running for a while now and I simply want to use Page Builder Pro on a couple of the pages (new pages). I have created a new Page Builder page, added rows, and selected Page Builder Add-ons, however this content does not show up on the page when I publish it. From Joomla interface, I have created a new Menu Item and linked it to the new Page Builder page, however the page remains blank when published. If I add a new row to Page Builder page and use the Add-on "Joomla Module" and then select "Joomla Module Position" and then go through the steps to have an existing module show up in the Page Builder row, then I am successful and the content displays. However, what am I doing wrong as to get any of the other Page Builder Add-ons and their content to display? I hope my issue is clear. Thank you in advance.

Hi,
Thanks for explanation.
May I have some extra questions:
1) Can you publish & see page content if there is only image + text addon ?
2) Do you have problem only with Module addon?
3) Have you tried to use Module inside Module via selecting name, not only position. If not try.
Small advice publish that module on "pagebuilder" position first.

p.s.
About styles in custom.css
They are, they work, but the "problem" is with file cache (!)
so you can see changes with big time delay.

Probably it has to be cache from server/hosting settings, not Joomla nor Helix itself.
It's quite popular, I have seen it many times in past.
You have to talk with hosting support to disable file cache for current week.

I added below CSS for Page "Test by Paul" inside custom.css, I see in back-end, but not YET on front-end
