K2 Integration not visible on mobile

Featured Lock Resolved Bug
Hi,
My client is facing an issue with the K2 integration of SP Page builder (latest version 3.3).
When you add a K2 item using the Page Builder, the item content is visible on Desktop but not on mobile.

You can take a look at this link on mobile and desktop to see the difference.

Hi,
Thanks for your query. Would you please specify which page content isn't visible in mobile?
I found your link is working fine in my phone.
Also for checking purpose please check the article advanced setting tab http://prntscr.com/kxxh6h
Also the section setting http://prntscr.com/kxxhpj

-Best Regards

Hi Sifat,
Thanks for your reply.
In the link I provided, the text addon and the gallery addon which are on that article don't appear on mobile (I've tested on iPhone) but they appear on desktop and when you resize the desktop. I've checked the row settings, and column setting as the preliminary checks to ensure that none of them is hidden on mobile. I could provide admin credentials for you to have a look.

Hi Joel,
If I may...
I tested this page on Smartphones with Android and Windows Mobile -> text and images where there.
There are no extra classes which could block this content.

Maybe he forgot to refresh browser?

Thanks Paul for chiming in.
I actually tested the page personally and this is what I'm seeing on iOS/ safari browser.
Have you done any test on iOS on your end?

Hi Sifat,
Thanks for your feedback.
At least, we can rule out iOS as the issue but I've managed to reproduce the issue on Safari 11.1.2/macOS by setting the Develop > User Agent to 'Safari - iOS 11 - Iphone' then I reduced the size of the browser to mobile view. If you refresh the screen, the content is still visible. But if you go back to the main blog, then click on the article, you get a blank article.

Ps. It also happens if you use Chrome device simulator. You need to go back to the main blog, then click on the article to see the issue. sometimes if you just visit the direct url to the item, it shows the content, but if you start from the main blog then click on the article, you get a blank article.

Thanks Sifat.
Did you see my footnote? Did you try going back to the main blog page then clicking on the article?

Hi,
I found that the specific article Our first event isn't working even in desktop.
Other articles are working fine.
Please recreate the article content and avoid direct copy pasting.
Let me know if that helps.
You can also check by deleting that content data one by one to check what is doing the issue.

-Thanks

The article actually works if you test it with a new private/incognito window. Once you visit it after sometime and change the browser settings like I did, then you don't see it, but if you clear your browser history and test the page, alas, the content is there.

There are no errors on the browser console when the article disappears making it hard to debug what the issue is. I've disabled cache, cleared cache and refreshed the page but once you check on mobile by going to the blog > article the content is missing.

I'll ask the client to re-create it and see if it helps.

let me know what happens after recreating the content. Also make sure your client didn't copied and pasted the content. That is important.

-Thanks
