Kickstart Package doesn't work

I just purchased the personal licence plan and downloaded the knight kickstart package with the page builder pro 2.0 version included, but the installation doesn't work! There is no jpa file included, only a zip file. The extract of the file give the following error message: AN ERROR HAS OCCURRED
The file is broken, fragmented, or missing parts. Please help or send a proper jpa file. I need to test the full functionality of a page builder pro version stable 2.0. thank you in advance.

Hello selma 123,

I have installed the Quickstart package of the template KNIGHT this morning. The extraction of the original Joomshaper-ZIP-file did not function under my webaccount with the help of KICKSTART from akeebabackup.com.

So I have extracted the knight_quickstart_j3.zip locally under my computer in a directory called knight_quickstart_j3

Then I have made a new ZIP-file using 7 ZIP from http://www.7-zip.org/

Then I have deleted the the „old“ ZIP-file from Joomshaper and transfered the new ZIP file via FTP (Filezilla) to my webaccount. Then it was no problem to extract the file via KICKSTART from akeebabackup.com and continue the Joomla-installation.

Hi Mark,

Thank you for your reply, but this didn't work for me neither (further I'm a mac user). Can you please ensure that in the download account are working zip files? It's a bit annoying trying to repair damaged files since I have paid for the downloads and expect proper files. Thanks again for sending me a new download link in advance and for your appreciated efforts.

Hello Selma,

thank you for your feedback. Like you I am only a member of Joomshaper's template club. I assume that someone of Joomshaper's support team will be available for those needs after the weekend.

JoomShaper do not provide Akeeba Kickstart packages, they provide QuickStart packages - you need to unzip them entirely and upload the appropriate folder to your hosting, then just access the website URL and it will launch the Joomla Installation process.

You do not need Akeeba.

Hallo Toufiq, I have a problem with quickstart instalation of Knight template... I upload files on ftp, then installation screen of Joomla appears, I fill in the name of the site, description, admin, password and would like to go on on details of database, but no chance... I still click on ´Continue´ and still remain on the site... tried to change name, pass etc, no change... could you pls help me with that???

Then I click on NEXT and would like to fill info about the database, but I still remain on this site... Button NEXT is simply not working...
