Kidzy template - Unable to upload new photos on slideshow

Featured Lock Resolved Issue
I recently downloaded the Kidzy template, installed it with demo content, and applied all the updates including Joomla Page Builder, etc. After that I started to update the demo contest with my own content, but I have a problem uploading new images. Specifically, I am trying to change the slideshow images from the default "Joomshaper" demo image to my own, but every time I click on the button to upload (or select) a different image the system jumps the "SP Page Builder Edit Page" screen. So I attempted to upload an image by navigating to the "SP Page Build Pages" screen, click the "Media" menu item on the left, and I get this error:

An error has occurred.
1054 Unknown column 'created_on' in 'field list'

I am attaching screen snapshot of the above error.

This is basic navigation of what I'm trying to change:

SP Page Builder --> Pages --> Home --> Edit icon of Slideshow add-on (first row on page) --> Edit gear icon of Slideshow item --> Choose Your Image (slideshow item button)

OR

SP Page Builder --> Pages --> Media (left menu item)

I can't. That latest version on my host is 7.1. Bluehost is my web host.

Actually, I checked Bluehost again. I was mistaken and their latest version is 7.0.

Regardless, before implementing the Kidzy template I already changed my cPanel to use the latest available PHP.

Talk with Hosting support, even Security support for PHP 7.0 ended in December
It means that your site can be hacked by an old version of PHP.
More here: https://www.joomshaper.com/blog/update-delete-unnecessary-or-cry-over-the-hacked-site

In meantime, I will ask a developer to look again

First, I did talk with Bluehost support. They (generically) claimed they are working to deploy 7.2 (or maybe even 7.3). I'm sure they will get it out the door in a reasonable time frame.

Second, there will ALWAYS be hacking threats from one area or another. When 7.0 was the current version there was always the threat that a PHP 6.8 website could be hacked and if not through PHP then through a SQL injection via MySQL or through javas/javascript or through some other nefarious method.

But back to my original issue: Is this photo upload problem directly related to PHP or is your support tripping over my Joomla version complaining that it wants a newer version of PHP and yet the photo upload is completely unrelated to PHP version? More to the point: Why doesn't the photo upload work inside Page Builder? Photo upload DOES work from Joomla's "Content --> Media" menu.

Update on this issue. I've chaged to a different webhost that does support PHP 7.1+. The good news is there are no more messages warning me about PHP being outdated, etc.

The bad news is the Page Builder photo upload is still not working. Every time I click the photo button inside Page Builder it immediately exits the page I'm working on and takes me back to the Pagebuilder main page.

I am on a different host now and my site is not yet transferred to it, but you can see the problem at this URL:

The same credentials I sent earlier in this thread should work.

Is there a developer looking at this issue? After more searching in your forums I found someone else had the exact problem late last year with same template (Kidzy). That person mentioned he/she also experienced the same issue with other templates. That particular issue was resolved by deleting everything and re-installing. I've done this very thing several times -- I think I've installed Kidzy 4 or 5 times now using two different domains and two different hosts. The same issue exists in all of them. I'd really like to try and get this fixed as it's tedious to upload new images when the actual upload button doesn't work!
