Konstra Theme Menu is not working in Microsoft Browser

Featured Lock Resolved Bug
My client complained and I checked on a few browsers and found that the menu is not allowing you to click on things on Microsoft Browser. I also tested the actual Konstra template on your website and it does the same thing.

You can check this bug on your own Konstra Demo.

Please let me know a solution. Thanks.

Hi,
"Microsoft Browser" - but which one exactly: IE10, IE11 or Edge?

Edge

I couldn't reproduce your issue on Windows 10, Edge 18
All menu links worked fine. Do you need video evidence?

Why do you get rude and argumentative on every post when someone posts a problem? I paid for your developer subscription not to be treated like this on every single post with a problem.

I tested this a multiple computers, and other people on the other side of the world also tested this, and everyone is having the same problem, which was first told to us by the client who was upset because they were having the problem.

Rude? I made tests to show you that I cannot reproduce the issue, that's all.
On my side I do not see a problem, so maybe you should share your URL

In every post you are dismissive to any concerns and you act like someone is exaggerating and share all of this "proof" that there is no issue. Then once they prove it, you then are helpful. You would save time if you were not that way when someone asks a question.. You make sarcastic comments. You don't ask for someone to show you something until you waste time posting repeated proof that the problem does not exist; even though it does.

On submenu items specifically, it hides the text and won't allow you to select the menu item. You can check it on your own template on Microsoft Edge Browser.

Understand, when people come here and post an issue, these are people responsible for finishing up websites for themselves or their clients. When a client comes frustrated with an issue and we spend hours trying to figure it out, and notice something and come here to seek help, it's better to be helpful. menumess.png

Now you're deleting my questions? I would like this escalated to someone else. You already said you discovered the issue, I simply asked when I would get a fix for it. You don't need my website as it's happening on the demo site as well.

I know that below CSS code is not a perfect fix, but it should help for next days for Edge.

@supports (-ms-ime-align:auto) {
.offcanvas-body .mega-menu .menu .menu-child {
padding: 20px;
z-index: 9991;
bottom: 5px;}
}

We both have to wait for the official template update.

As you might hear, Microsoft decided to use the Chromium rendering engine for the upcoming Edge Browser. It would solve many problems.

I added the code but it's not alleviating the issue. When clicking on “Products” the pop-out menu is above the viewable screen.

It was the CSS fix above creating this issue. The problem is, it's only in Microsoft Edge. The client doesn't care who's fault it is, they only know that the issue is not happening with any other international version of their website, only the one with the Konstra theme, and I verified the default theme has the issue which we discussed above. I just want a fix for it. Thank you.

I think the issue is resolved. I will check tomorrow on Edge to confirm. If not, I'll send you a PM, okay?

On weekend support is limited.
Beside we mostly support updated browsers, not IE11 or olders.

MS Edge is not an old browser.
