Layout issue

Featured Lock Resolved Bug
I have an issue with the layout of the SportsOn template.

The ad and category modules, as well as everything below, ends up too high on the page, covering the header and slide modules. I was able to add some padding to lower the items to the spot where they should be located but every time I modify the template, including assigning pages, it reverts back to the original state and I have to add the padding again.

I switched my home page to the new template today but the top ad module does not appear and the changes I made to the template padding also do not affect the home page.

I will include two attachments. The first is the HOME page and the second is another page within the site, where my padding adjustments fix the page.

On HOME you'll see there is no AMAZON ad present even though it is assigned to the home page.

I really need this to be fixed ASAP. I can not use the template and my other questions have gone unanswered all week.

A bit more information for you.

I made the following change to template.css:

#sp-top-ad-wrapper {
padding: 8px 0;
height: 90px;
}

Was changed to:

#sp-top-ad-wrapper {
padding: 185px 0 0;
height: 90px;
}

Every time I make a change to the template it reverts back to the original with padding set at 8px.
