Featured Lock Resolved Issue
I'm making solid progress on installing and customizing the SportsOn template.

Here are my current issues I can't resolve:

1. I can't switch the favicon. I deleted the one in the template folder and added the custom icon but it isn't appearing.
2. My ads, category bar and main content are too high on the site and overlapping the slide module and header (see attachment). The ads and everything below it should appear below the SCORESTREAM bar in the image.
3. I want the story text to be black. It is currently red. I have changed it in the preset settings and the css but it still appears red.
4. I still would like to use the TOP STORIES modules from the demo but mine isn't appearing correctly (see screenshot).
5. I'd like to change the color of the component area, which is currently gray, to white.
6. I'd like to remove the black spacer between the menu items at the top (or change it to red). Again, I tried to do that by replacing the image with a red one but it still appears black.
7. What do I have to do to copy your social media icons from the demo to have them appear exactly the same way on my site?

Thanks!

Sorry...apparently there's a cache issue on my site. Most of the issues I had actually are now the way I want them (I have cache turned off in global configuartion and in the plugins as well as on the server...not sure why its still caching).

Here's what's left:

1. My ads, category bar and main content are too high on the site and overlapping the slide module and header (see attachment). The ads and everything below it should appear below the SCORESTREAM bar in the image.
2. I still would like to use the TOP STORIES modules from the demo but mine isn't appearing correctly (see screenshot).
3. I'd like to change the color of the component area, which is currently gray, to white.
4. What do I have to do to copy your social media icons from the demo to have them appear exactly the same way on my site?

No. 1 is very, very important to get fixed right away. I'm not sure why the module areas are displaying above where they're supposed to.

This is very frustrating.

I'm 11 hours behind you, which means, I post my issue then wait 11 hours for you to address the issue. Only, I have now gone 48 hours without any response and won't get one until the earliest tomorrow.

I'd like a refund for my purchase. Since I can't customize the template, I can't use it. This is definitely a case of buyer's remorse.

Your forum isn't inundated with requests. I'm not sure why a post can't be addressed four days.

I have resolved all of these issues by paying someone else since this support is so bad.

Here's one question. Maybe you can answer it.

I'd like to set up my social icons the same way as you have them in the live demo. What code should I use?

Hi, Thanks for your reply. Please copy the below code & create new custom module. Then paste inside of custom module toggle editor mode.
