License upgrade question waiting for you in contact us forms few days ago.

hi - Just letting you know I have an upgrade PB license enquiry emailed to you via the contact us form a couple of days ago. I realise it might also be a holiday break for you guys too ( but I don't think so, right ? ), but I'd like to be able to have an answer so I have enough time to use the current promotional discount on offer.

Any chance you could address it please ?

By the way, this is the second day I've tried using the live chat, within your listed work hours, and had no response there at all. ( you might want to address that situation )

Well this is confusing ! Everybody is here except Toufiq, who is the person I spoke with and made arrangements with last friday re my issue. I've sent him a message earlier today but have not received acknowledgement from him about it as yet. Our agreement, which was authorised by his boss ( his words ) last friday was that joomshaper would refund my two basic pagebuilder licenses which I'd only recent;y purchased, as I was now upgrading and buying the developer's license. I did that, but only one of the licenses has been cancelled and refunded. I'm wondering what's happened to the other agreed to, refund ?

But Toufiq knows the details, and was the person I dealt with, so I think it's best I deal with him.
