Either in the template settings and don't use a preset, use custom, or with, I suspect, this custom CSS:

#sp-header {
background-color: #ffffff;
}

And for the sticky header too when you scroll:

#sp-header.header-sticky {
background-color: #ffffff;
}

Those can be set in the template settings.

Other items you can use e.g. Google Chrome - right-click on the element you want to change and choose the 'Inspect' option. You should see the CSS for that part which you can copy out, edit and paste into the custom CSS part of the template settings.
