Hi,
1st - wrong category!
Your question was about Helix3 not SPPB 3, next time be more careful.
I changed it.

I can't upload here the image that I am going to use since is the logo of the company. Basically what i want is to have a splitter drop down menu in 2 columns and instead of having text I like to have an Image as main title.
the image is a logo regular size rectangular, don't know really small size, it must be responsive, i really dont know if this will work this way, i will upload a sample so you can see

But to be honest,
I uploaded a small logo and put in "Menu heading" menu type and was in menu without any problems.

Maybe create a single image with logo and "image" inside and publish there. The faster way.

BTW
I have never seen that publish company logo is TOP SECRET to show me what you need exactly .

I don't understand that , and yes i don't want to disclose publicly my customers name.

Last hope tip..
Maybe you should overridden CSS code which you shown me.
I suggest to change values of max width (to 100%), have you thought about it?
---
Yes, Flex developer added CSS code which shouldn't be there.
