menu item setup

Featured Lock Resolved Issue
Hello I wanted to know if there is any css code to style a menu item on the top of this page -

http://www.clipular.com/posts/4842731931959296?k=NnZYV8I0pOEfTvttSvm96nPfFm0

If you look at the top right corner of the page next to the social media icons you will see a menu item that says Login/Register. Is there a way to style this to look like a menu item and make it event with the social icons ? I tried to attached a .jpg screenshot just in case you cannot see the url but I getting the error that this is the wrong file format.

thanks
