Menu Start Level

Featured Lock Resolved Task
Hi,

We are using Helix Ultimate & page Builder and would like to create a secondary menu that only display items at level 2 or beyond. The objective is for this menu to only link to items / articles in a specified sub-folder. So, all if we specify the sub-folder name 'TEST', all the menu items would link to URL's such as:

http://site.com/TEST/Page1
http://site.com/TEST/Page2 etc.

We can create a menu with the following items but we cannot find a way to only display items that are at level 2:

TEST (Level 1)
- Page1 (Level 2)
- Page2 (Level 2)

Can you offer some advice on how we can create a menu that only displays / provides links to items within a specified sub-folder?

Thanks.

Hi there,

Thanks for your query. If you wanna create a secondary menu then you have to do it by yourself. Because of that, customization support out of our range.

Hi Toufiq,

Thanks for getting back to us. For reference, we achieved what we needed by creating a second hidden menu with the hierarchy / structure needed, and then linked the mega menu items to the hidden menu using Menu Item Alias. It's not a perfect solution, but it does do what we need.

Thanks,

Mike

You can use the standard Joomla menu module. It has a setting for the displayed level. Then you can insert this module into the mega menu or use it separately
