Menu will not go to External URL in Section ID

Featured Lock Resolved Issue
Good morning Paul et al

On my site craftech.co.za I have used the at_business template from AGETHEMES as do with most of my websites. On a one-pager such as this one, I specify the Section ID in the Row Options and then link to that ID with an External URL on the menu. It normally works, but not here.

Any ideas on what I can be doing wrong?

Regards,

Francois

Hi, Francois,
indeed weird. There should be at least jump to that Row(s).

Can you install raw helix3 template and switch for test period and test there.

Hi Paul

The Helix3 framework is installed and updated. Where do I find the raw Helix Template? I do not have a Helix Template installed.

Francois

Yes, please install Template as I asked, for test period only.
https://www.joomshaper.com/downloads/template/helix3

1) Install
2) Switch as default for all Pages
3) Check Menu behavior again

Hi Paul

Yes, thank you, the menu behaviour is perfect now with this template, but what I cannot understand is that I use this template just about EVERYWHERE and it ALWAYS works! Why now?

What do you suggest? Should I reinstall the template?

Regards,

Francois

Should I reinstall the template?

That did not work either.

Hi Paul

I have now set the Helix Standard Template up as the default for the page. There is not much of a difference between this template and the AgeTheme templates. They all use the same Helix framework. The only difference is that the white bar at the top is no longer half way transparent as it was with the old template. How do I adjust the opacity of the white bar (containing the logo and the main menu) at the top?

Regards,

Francois

To be honest, I don't have idea.
If you still have support from "AGETHEMES" ask they,
I am alone now, no developers till 7 Sep.

Hi Paul

Another template issue: I enabled the cool pre-loader. But it comes up in a fixed colour which will not adjust. Any ideas on how to change that?

Regards,

Francois

Nothing serious with this customer - my brother-in-law - He can actually not be bothered if he has a website or not. But I like these little one pager sites where I can test a few new features.

I will not bother you any further. I will ask the AgeTheme guys.

Take care,

F
