Hi,
Have you published a menu module in offcanvas position?
Probably not, that's why you don't have a mobile menu. And there is [..] search field only.

In the menu module choose Menu which is used in header, in most cases, it's MainMenu.

Hello,
Thank you for your response. Here are my results, I have the same settings, except the ordering field is "offcanvas", I am not sure if this is correct. Secondly, my 'Off Canvas Menu' is disabled and I do not know how to enable it. module1.jpg modulemenu.jpg search.jpg

It looks that you set the end date (Finish publishing)
please delete the date from this field, must be empty.

Hello again,
I cleared the date and save the module and it is still disable, there is a message stating that I should enable the module in Extension=> Manage to enable it. I am not sure which item in extension/manage to enable. Any ideas. I have look through them and not sure which extension to enable. disabledmenu.jpg Please see attachment disableditems.jpg

yes, the easiest it can be:
1) please create a NEW menu module and set as it should be
2) delete old one
Hello,
I created a new one by using 'save as copy' and 'save as new', and create 'new' but there was no 'menu' module to select from when I tried to create a new module. Now the new modules are disabled. I am completely confused.
See attachments please.

Indeed, it's not normal (!)
To be honest, very very rare Joomla issue.

Probably you uninstalled/disabled that module from Joomla.
I know it's core, but ... people have hidden skills.
---
1) Go here "Extensions: Manage" : /administrator/index.php?option=com_installer&view=manage
2) Check if the menu module is enabled on the list

3) Check if you have that folder too
modules\mod_menu

Hi there
I faced the same issue and I have tried every thing that is in the comment. None of the solution worked for me

But, I went to the module and re set the logo again., also I posted a back ground image and every things turn back to normal.
I have no idea why that happened bu maybe you have to re set your module

Good luck I just want to share with you my experience Maybe that will help you
