"My Topics" link, Notification Email, and a Private Info area

Featured Lock Resolved Issue
When a support ticket, is replied to, I do not receive an email to notify me of a reply. Searching for my post to check if there is a reply takes a considerable amount of time, especially since there is no "My Topics" link (that I can find), that is normally available on support forums.

Are you able to confirm if
1) the post owner should receive an email, and
2) if there is a My Topics link somewhere?

If not, would you consider adding both these options?

ALSO, an area to insert private info (such as site name and login info) would be very helpful.

1) A notification is send through mail to the users, also you can check the notifications from here https://prnt.sc/jaabo3
2) Clicking on your avatar will bring you to your question links https://prnt.sc/jaac1f
3) You can click on anyone's avatar to send them a private message (PM)
