Need help getting the layout I need

Featured Lock Resolved Issue
Hi guys, i am using your corporex template and the SP Smart Slider. See the website here: http://epsstage.cloudaccess.host/

I want to be able to bring the SP SmartSlider right up underneath my main image. I would also like to be able to resize the grey box. Having a tough time though figuring it out. Can you give me an idea on where to start?

I have the main image set in the slider position and the SP Smart Slider set in the featured position. I really am not seeing much for settings here and could really use a hand. I already posted this but haven't heard back so I'm posting again. NEED HELP PLEASE...

Why would I need to create a new position when I should be able to use the Featured position? I attached a diagram. I want to eliminate the big space between the main image and the SPSmart Slider and also be able to change the size of the SPSmart SLider. I need this done sooner rather than later. You guys basically give me one answer a night. So please lets try to make our replies back and forth count. Need help please. If I have to create a new position I can but I just don't see how that is going to help me.

I got the arrows where I want them but when the screen shrinks they move. Can you show me how to make them stay in that same place regardless of resolution? I've tried answering your PM's but your notification emails come through quite awhile after you send me answers. I need this to work asap. Help me out please.

Sorry Toufiq but this is still not right. When the window is shrunk the arrows are moving out of the grey box.

And it seems that somehow my original CSS for the corporex slider is now missing. So I cannot revert back and test with it. It was there yesterday. This is very upsetting. The module and template that we purchased through you guys is very much not user friendly. And your tech support for it is pretty bad as well. One very minimal response per night is unacceptable. I'm not sure how you can say that my site is perfect now when it is not. What the heck guys?
