No Image Previews - Quickstart Package

Featured Lock Resolved Issue
I have purchased, downloaded, and installed the quick start package of MegaDeal the e-commerce platform according to the documentation. I understand the images will not come with the package, and we should use our own. However, when I upload my images to the media folders there is no preview available. It only shows name of image.
I am also having image issues with the internal part of the website. Is there something I am missing to do for a quick start package.

Thank you
Philip C.

Our software is OK, besides you should see images from Joomla core features.
Probably there is a problem with your server settings. All image files have Error 404. Please contact with hosting support.

You should be able to see all images from /images folder - like 99,99% of Joomla users.
I can only guess, that similar problem you would have also with Wordpress, Drupal.

I did contact my hosting provider and it seems to be fine on there end. I actually have other websites on the same hosting account, different folder path and they work fine. It is only this one with the images. I will go to the Joomla community, if there is no basic solution I will re-install the package from the beginning. My only issue would be it having the issues from the beginning then I know there is something wrong with the quick start package.

Maybe delete /images folder
create a new one, and upload all images.
Remember to reinstall Joomla core.

If it would be QS error - all user would have it, but you was the first one.

The question: What you installed?

Hi Paul,
I installed megadeal ii.

I installed the quickstart package as the documentation recommended.
I can PM you access rights to see what I am talking about if you like.

What I am trying to figure out where is the issue:
1. Not my hosting (Other Joomla sites work fine)
2. Checked updates, and extensions everything checks out.

Somehow I feel there are file paths that do not add up. Need to figure where the root of the issue lies.
But it is a path for everything because nothing links up. At this point, it might be easier to start over again. I just don't want to give up yet.

I just checked my "options" in the media folder.

I checked that my file path in Joomla is correct to where all of my image files reside.

If you use MegaDeal II - why you have chosen a wrong forum category? This was confusing for me.
Sorry, Indeed some images from quickstart are missing, but they are DEMO images anyway, not for real use. I asked team to fix it.

Download, unzip and use FTP tool to upload those images here: /images/stories/virtuemart/product/
