Not able to overrule padding on max-width: 768px

Featured Lock Resolved Issue

I am using the Revibe template. When I add padding to a row, it gets overruled by the following code (in template.css)

@media (max-width: 768px){
#sp-page-builder .page-content .sppb-section {padding: 40px 0 !important;}
#sp-page-builder .page-content .sppb-section:first-child {padding-top: 0 !important;}

I am trying to overrule it, but I can't figure out how!
Can you help me out?

Using this same & similar rule but with different values inside "new" custom.css file.

Sorry but we do not teach CSS here, I hope you know why.

Thanks for your reply. This is not about teaching CSS, but about fixing a problem in the template. For example, on the 'contact' page: the map also has a padding of 40px on max-width: 768px. See screenshots. Why? The desktop version isn't designed this way. Also, when you add a row into a main row: the padding counts double.
