Odd read more button on blog layout display

Featured Lock Resolved Bug
After updating to the latest SPPB and Helix, the blog displays a readmore button that takes up the entire right side of the blog article summary also with a rather huge padding.

Please advise on how to fix this because changing this with a custom code throws off the entire layout. Please see attached Screenshot. I also have this available online. Let me knos I can PM you the link.

Hi,
Thanks for your access. Please check the screencast
Here is the custom css i've used for the video articles.

.article-list .article {
display: flex;
}
.article-featured-video {
width: 38%;
padding-right: 45px;
}

Hi,
Thanks for your query. I've just updated all the extensions and it's showing fine here http://prntscr.com/ns8353
Please share your site url here and that remove any custom css regarding that button if you've applied any.

-Best Regards
