Old backup of website's pagebuilder 3 still has issues with editing pages in browser

Featured Lock Resolved Issue
I have read through so many posts on how to update sp pagebuilder. First I updated it, after all other extensions were updated, cleared cache, as said in posts. I still couldn't get it to open a page to edit. No page loads at all, just header and footer.
I got frustrated, and used a previous backup and got that put up, and still having the same issue.
Very frustrated.
Can I send credentials to you?

Thanks,
Chuck

Hi Paul,
WOW! That was it! Cloudflare calls it "Rocket Loader".
I read that you can turn off by URL, but will read more on how to handle this. I just turned it off for now, so I can update.
Can I buy you a cup of coffee? Send me your paypal email, and I will send you a tip.
Again, thank you for your patience regarding this.
KUDOS!

HI I think i've got the same issue but without cloudflare nor Rocket loader.
And error come from components/com_sppagebuilder/assets/js/engine.js

Deneice, first update Joomla, all extensions then we can talk again.
Beside give me more details, for example,
1) are you able to edit Pages from Back-end only or/and front-end ?
2) what template you have?

Hi Paul, same problem with updaded joomla 3.8.10, empty cache, checkin, etc. I took the decision to stop it definitely. Template was Floox and SPPB 3.2.4 . You already got my admin access.
I already asked for a refund to the sale department, still waiting for an answer...
Sorry but I can't go on with this solution for my client that will be lost at the first bug of the first update.
I can't edit anymore the page without the use of SPPB that is included in the template plan but without including the updates. Too much intrusif for my taste. Only one month using it and I already have to subscribe one more plan ?
Very sorry becauce I liked the look and feel of the templates and it was running smoothly on mobile but it lacks of stable version to be confident in a professionnal use for freelancers with limited timeframe and small budget.

as I tested all pages you can edit from back-end -- this area is good.
---
so I guess you had problem with front-end edition. Don't worry fixed already.

BTW
@Deneice
According to Refund Policy you had 7 days to ask for full refund. And you bought membership on june 13th, over month ago.

Hi Guys

I bought the template licence again (this is probably the third or 4th time) as I have been a longstanding Joomshaper client.

I installed the Resort template, which I had from a previous subscription, for one of my clients. When I updated it to Joomla! 3.8.11 it broke the page builder.

So I did not know I had to buy the Page Builder extension for an upgrade and I then bought a template licence as I thought I would get the latest version of Resort which I thought would include the latest SPPB version.. It did not so now the Page builder is broken again after the installation and upgrade.

Can you please assist and change the licence from template to Page Builder for me or please send me the latest Page Builder Version?

Any help will be appreciated.

Regards

Johann

PS: I sent a PM to Paul last week already as well as an email to support...
