Hi,
have you set a height of map?
I guess you forgot about it. Because the map is there, but with heigh 0px
Check addon settings (!) Suggested settings.

Hi Paul, thanks for your fast response and suggestion.

I'm confident it's not the height setting now but it seems as though a script is not running when the page is viewed as normal but it does in edit mode.

In edit i see a spinning circle with an arrowhead in it for a few seconds before the map appears but that doesn't happen in normal view.

I cannot support your template, it wasn't done by us.
Talk with LTHEME developer.

But quick fix for map

#sppb-addon-osm-1548258818147 {height: 300px;}

But I am almost sure that your problem is related to a template, on raw Helix3 all is OK.

Anyway, make a simple test
1) Download Helix3 template (it's free)
2) Set as default template
3) Then test this same steps, options, and views.

Hi Paul,

thanks very much for your help tonight, your workaround did the trick. I'm sure you're correct about the template, it's getting on a bit!

Regards,

Andrew
