Page Builder 3 - license

Hello,

I've just bought an license for Page Builder 2. A couple of minutes ago there is a message in my joomla cite, that I can (and should) install an upgrade to Page Builder 3. I'm trying to do that, but it wont work.
Could you explain me why?

Piotr and others:
1) License key should have around 32 chars, not 10 or 15.
2) It must be SP Page Builder license key, not for Templates update.

Check you JoomShaper Dashboard again.

Hi Piotr,
maybe it was temporary problem.

1) Wait for SPPB Pro 3.0.1 (dobra rada)
2) Download from our site
3) Make site full backup, Akeeba Backup or other
4) Reinstall
5) Clear browser cache (all cached files must be deleted)
6) Clear CMS cache
7) Enjoy

Hello,

I installed SPPB Pro 3.0.1 exactly as you wrote. It worked, but there is an information appear "Invalid License Key", when I'm trying to insert some thing from "Sections Library" or when I'm trying to import a page templates.

Could you help me with this problem?

Hi. I am having difficulty with Invalid License Key. I have followed all the steps in this thread. It still doesn't work. Would you have to generate a new license key for me too?
I am also getting this problem with Joomla 3.8.3 and JS 3.0.2
This is very annoying. It was working a few weeks ago!!

Please manually download a new version from our site and re-install with it.
Check length of license key which you entered. How many chars it has ?

You subscription seems to be okay. Please check length of your license length, which you entered.
Also e-mail must be proper one.

Sorry, but technical support doesn't have access to your accounts to check it.
You have to contact with Sale department (Contact form)
