Page Builder Language setting error

Featured Lock Resolved Issue
Error encountered when selecting Page Builder/ Languages. It was already before but only today afternoon it is not ok and we confirmed there is nothing change on any setting other than uninstall Arabic. But local host uninstalled Arabic but did not encounter the same error.

file_get_contents(): SSL operation failed with code 1. OpenSSL Error messages: error:1416F086:SSL routines:tls_process_server_certificate:certificate verify failed in C:\wamp64\www\OneClip2\administrator\components\com_sppagebuilder\helpers\languages.php on line 18

it's a problem with server WAMP settings.

If you want to remove SPPB translation just delete all language files with names:

Thanks for your prompt reply
We deleted Arabic wanting to add korean & chinese language but encountered error.
We did a compare with my desktop WAMP settings and they are the same.
The only difference is our server do not have internet access directly but this should not be a problem as when we access from our desktop, it should use laptop internet to retrieve right?

Thanks in advance.
