Page header in helix 3

Featured Lock Resolved Issue

I want to make the page head h1 and sub head h2 in Helix 3. I realised I could not do this in custom css so I chaged lines in features/title.php as follows.

$output .= '<h1>'. $page_title .'</h1>';

if($page_subtitle) {
$output .= '<h2>'. $page_subtitle .'</h2>'

This works but the h1 colour is black (as used on pages) and not white as h2 header. Can't seem to work out how to set the pahe head h1 to white.

Any advice please.

.sp-page-title h1 { color: white; }
.sp-page-title h2 { color: yellow; }

just use custom CSS to override color,
it shouldn't be so hard if you could change PHP code already :D

Run Code Inspector from your browser and check used CSS class.

Thanks Paul,

Solved. i'd not noticed that .sp-page-title h1 was NOT in css. Doh!

If wasn't used in that area, so wasn't defined, right.:p

I was switching between two sites - one in Heleix 3 and one in doctor where h1 is used. Teaches me never to assume the same rules have been used.:)
