Page Template Sp Builder + Module SP Builder

Featured Lock Resolved Bug
In addition to the problem of the Page Template with versions higher than 3.4.7, it is assumed that the new versions are for improvements ... But, the fact that the module edition asks for an additional step (which in my case does not work) Pressing a button to go to the editing, is crazy and a step backwards in the great tool that they have done.

I will make a downgrade from 3.4.9 / 3.4.8 to 3.4.7, but not only for the Page Template but for that change that is crazy. There is a possibility that they do not, and if they do it in my case it does not work.

It's cool that you did that. Now the SPB module can be edited visually, which was previously impossible and created a lot of inconvenience. You're good.

But there is a suggestion. Make this button is also inside the add-on, so you can open a new tab to edit the module without going to the admin panel.

And for some reason in changelog is not specified this revision

Did not work in my case as well.

I upgraded from 3.4.7 to 3.4.9. The button appeared on Joomshaper modules. When clicked, it took me to front end, but no ability to edit.

Reverted back to 3.4.7, and all is well again.

I think you just have not figured out how it works.

For me it works fine.

But, it makes sense to also be able to edit through the backend, since in some cases, when inserting some third-party modules, or if the user forgot to fill in the addon and left it empty it is not possible to access the editing through the frontend

The solution is the same as for the page template (temporary solution). Is necessary Shared Sessions to be activated. [System> Global Cofiguration> System].

My team and I work with the backend and it's much easier to edit it that way. I suggest you leave it as it was and at the top add a button that allows you to edit it in the frontend.

I am sure that you direct the edition towards the frontend, but I like the traditional backend scheme much more. Please do not sacrifice one for the other

Agreed. It is necessary to do both options and, as I wrote above, insert the edit button of the module on the front-end in the Joomla module add-on.
