PageBuilder Installation Error

Featured Lock Resolved Issue
I installed Page Builder, did a bunch of work, then there was some sort of jquery corruption, so I had to restore from backup. Now I try to reinstall Page Builder again and it is giving me this error at installation:
JInstaller: :Install: Error SQL Duplicate column name 'catid' SQL=ALTER TABLE `#__sppagebuilder` ADD `catid` int(10) NOT NULL AFTER `published`;
Extension Update: SQL error processing query: DB function failed with error number 1060
Duplicate column name 'catid' SQL=ALTER TABLE `#__sppagebuilder` ADD `catid` int(10) NOT NULL AFTER `published`;
SQL =
ALTER TABLE `#__sppagebuilder` ADD `catid` int(10) NOT NULL AFTER `published`;

Hi, yes your database is broken.
1) make copy of database
2) use PHPMyAdmin or similar tool to clean database from all "pagebuilder" tables. You have to do this manually
3) Install SP Page Builder 2.3 , and all should be OK
4) If you want to recover old Pages, let me know, but database backup copy must be with them

Ok, so I created a copy, and in the original db, I deleted the following tables:
*_sppagebuilder
*_sppagebuilder_integrations
and I tried to reinstall. Now I am getting the error:
JInstaller: :Install: Error SQL Table 'higbyest_jos151.#__sppagebuilder' doesn't exist SQL=ALTER TABLE `#__sppagebuilder` ADD `catid` int(10) NOT NULL AFTER `published`;
Extension Update: SQL error processing query: DB function failed with error number 1146
Table 'higbyest_jos151.#__sppagebuilder' doesn't exist SQL=ALTER TABLE `#__sppagebuilder` ADD `catid` int(10) NOT NULL AFTER `published`;
SQL =
ALTER TABLE `#__sppagebuilder` ADD `catid` int(10) NOT NULL AFTER `published`;

What next?

Ok, yes once I deleted the tables, I then went back and uninstalled the component because it was showing up under components. Now it appears to be working.

Hey Paul,

I am having the same issue as Amy, however I want to actually recover my older webpages to use on the new 3.1.3 SP page builder; how would I transfer over all my old pages into the new SP Page builder?
