Password reset token error

Featured Lock Resolved

When a legitimate user wants to change his password - using "forgot my password" link, he is asked for his email and is sent a token. But, when the token is entered back, he gets a "Invalid token error".

This post addresses this problem. However, this solution in not implementable in Simplicity template because the "com_user" folder is missing.

Is there a solution to this problem? Thanks!

PS. I am using the simplicity template on a Joomla 1.5.20 installation.

I think this is not template related problem. Please check your components folder and see if there "com_user" folder available or not.
