PHP version issue

Featured Lock Resolved Issue
Im trying t upgrade the php version for this site from an end of life support 7.1 ....to either 7.2 or 7.3 , however each time I flick the switch the site crashes...

What could be causing this?...I have a very basic stock standard version of this Knight template running on the site with no other 3rd party added components

Thanks

Hi there,

Thanks for your query. Please keep a backup of your site first & upgrade the PHP 7.2. I hope it will be better for you.

I already said when I change up to php 7.2 the site goes down...it doesnt work....why?

I have to revert back to a php 7.1 version to get the site to work at all..
