I asked my web hosting company to check as well, and this is what they replied with:
----------------------------
I could see that the domain is an alias for the sub domain businessseminar.de-systems.co.za. On checking the logs, I could see that below error
=========
[09-Jan-2018 14:54:03 Africa/Johannesburg] PHP Warning: trim() expects parameter 1 to be string, object given in ../public_html/sites/businessseminar/components/com_sppagebuilder/helpers/helper.php on line 31
=========

This is why you are getting issue with the website. Please contact the developer of your website and check the code in the file above.
