Portfolio Page Width

Featured Lock Resolved Bug
I have created a SPPB page and exported / imported this into a portfolio item page. When I do this it looks much narrower and I lost the full width rows.

I think I need to increase the width of the portfolio item page, but how.

Can you advise?

So, if I use Joomla articles with SPPB my content will look different?

I thought I could create a page in SPPB, import it into a joomla article and it would look the same? Currently it looks totally different, narrow and the full width feature boxes lose their emphasis as being prominent on the page.

Hi there, I have replied to your PM. Thanks

Hi there,

Thanks for your query. Please add this CSS code inside the custom.css file.

.com-spsimpleportfolio.view-items #sp-main-body > .container {
max-width: 100%;
padding: 0px 50px;
}

-Thanks

I've added this to the template > custom css area but it makes no difference.

I have also tried adding `!important` after the css rule.

I changed it to (item not items)

.com-spsimpleportfolio.view-item #sp-main-body > .container {
max-width: 100%;
padding: 0px 50px;
}

Now the width is 100%, but it doesn't look like my SPPB page, the alignment looks incorrect.

I have attached two images.

Hi there,

Thanks for your reply. The Joomla article page builder doesn't have the option to make full width.

-Thanks

Hi there, Thanks for your reply. You can do everything. Just problem is that there is not full-width function. Thanks

Thanks for that, but do you see the issue?

If I create a portfolio item using SPPB, and use a full width content block, it's not full width whenever I view the portfolio item.

I think this is an issue because my layout looks completely different.

Hi there, Thanks for your reply. When I have loaded the content area of Joomla inside the Joomla Template, it doesn't go out of the container of Joomla Template. Besides, Page Builder is used separate design pattern for load their page. I hope now you will understand. Thanks

Thanks for the explanation.

I do understand, and I appreciate that. However I think this would be an even better addition to an already great integration.

Hi there, Already we have tried to fix it. But, Joomla has some limitations. That's why we can't break the core. Thanks
