Problem uploading files

Featured Lock Resolved Issue
i use SP Page Builder exclusively to build my Joomla sites. I have a website (and it's the only one that is acting this way) that when I try to upload any files through SP Page Builder, it goes to the upload page, but no files are listed and the only way I can get out is to exit the page I am working on. I have a Super User account set up for someone to use to help me out. I have tried everything I know to resolve the issue, including any topics on here that are similar, and nothing seems to work. Please help.

Thanks in advance.

Hi,
I will ask this way:
1) Are you able to upload jpg file inside Joomla core Media Manager?
2) With which file types you had a problem: jpg, gif, png, pdf, mp4?
3) Are you 100% sure that file is correct and not too big, try with different one, smaller maybe.

Personally, only today on 3 different websites, I was able to upload jpg, png, svg and mp4 files without any problems.

Yes, I can load any type of media file allowed by Joomla in the Joomla media center area. I can load any size up to 10mb (the size I limited the site to), so it is not an issue with Joomla. I have attached a screenshot of what the site looks like when I try to upload or choose a file. I hope this helps. Once again, if you want access to the admin area, I have a login created for you that I can send to you in a PM.

Also, in case this helps, I am using the shaper_kidzy template for the site.

In SPPB there is also the Media section, please try from it too (screenshot below)

And you forgot the answer to my 2nd question.

4) What SPPB Pro version you have there?

Paul,

Sorry for omitting the answer to question #2. Using the regular media upload center in Joomla, I can upload all acceptable files, .pdf, .jpg, .png, .mp4, etc.

When I use the media upload in Page Builder, I get the 1054 error (see image attached).

I am running the latest version of Joomla (3.9.13) and the latest version of SP Page Builder (3.6.3).

I have also run the 'fix' tool in Joomla to repair any issues with the database. This has not helped either.

Thanks, now I see.
It looks like a missing "date" table inside your database. Your SPPB installation was corrupted.
Please use Private Message (hidden in my profile) and send me access, I will add this table.
