Problem when trying to close the gallery

Featured Lock Resolved Bug
I've made a video so you can see the problem when trying to "close" the image from the popup.
We are using a template from another provider, I imagine that this could be a cause? I've installed helix template on the site to have helix framework installed but that didn't solve the issue (the site uses T3 framework). It is a module load from an article.
component and module are updated to the lastest version.

It's ok man :)
Btw please check now. I've solved that for you.

The reason: Actually you were using same gallery module multiple times on same page and that's why there was a conflict issue related to same id.

Solution: You need to create separate modules for that and assign them like this http://prntscr.com/o7uuh4

Thanks for your query. It's showing me this http://prntscr.com/o79g4v
I think some third party extension may causing conflict and that's the reason behind that.
Please enable the access thus i can check the error and the console.

-Best Regards
