Problem with Czech fonts in IE 11

Featured Lock Resolved Issue
Hi, I have a problem with Czech fonts in SP Page builder 3.They do not display correctly in Internet Explorer.
This problem does not affect other browsers, such as Firefox or Chrome. Is this possible to solve?

Hi,
it looks that IE11 cannot load correctly Google Fonts.
As you know, there are no IE updates anymore.
So all have to be fixed by hacks (dráty, provázky a opravy pásky)

Is this extra font is used on a single subpage only or on all website?

Hi,
I do not necessarily use this font, but the problem occurs with all Google fonts that I randomly tried.
Unfortunately, IE is still used by many people and it would be a pity if the fonts were not displayed correctly.
Once upon a time, on one old template, I solved this problem by saying that the fonts were given a different subset or something, I don't remember much anymore. Wouldn't a similar solution be possible in this case? I just don't know where to look ...

This I found on one of my old websites:
link href='http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=BenchNine:400&subset=latin,latin-ext' rel='stylesheet' type='text/css'

Here in the Czech Republic, many Web sites, mostly based on Wordpress, have the same problem, because no one has taken the effort to solve it. So SP PAge Builder could be the first and the best :-)

I live maybe 150km from your country border, so I know, we have this same.
I also grew up on Czech TV fairy tales, I remember the little mole.

In that case, maybe set Google Fonts using the manual method, not from SPPB.
Yes, it will take you a few minutes longer, but maybe it will be more universal.
Or just make a test with one font. If this makes any difference.

Yeah, 150km from our border, there is a lot of countries, I have visited all of them on my motorcycle, so maybe we have met in the past :-)

Is this maual method described anywhere? I will try it...

I was in PL twice a year, once a week by the sea, and then I was traveling to Belarus. I have to say that the sea is cold and the wind is still blowing ...
Thanks for the video, I'll check it out and let you know if it works.

According to the video it can be set and fonts work correctly in Internet Explorer. But it's not an easy way, couldn't the latin-ext be incorporated into PageBuilder?
Otherwise, thank you, now I´m the one person in CZ who has correct fonts in IE :D

right now I can offer you only this solution.
In the future SPPB should be improved, but not in the next days (weeks).

I understand. This solution is enough for me, it is important that it somehow works. Thanks again for the solution and you can mark it as solved.
