Problem with title module

Featured Lock Resolved Issue
Hello,

for some strange reason, some of my module title have suddenly become a link.
For example on this page.
The module on thje left bottom, has no visible title. When you hover it, you see the url is this page

And I have really no idea why this is happening.
I am using the same module on the homepage and there the problem does not exist.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to solve this?

Joomla 3.8.0
Helix 3
Helix 3 template 2.3

Indeed code looks OKAY, but I was not able to recreate your issue.
But I have one theory, it may be somehow related with module "Direct naar"
please disable and check again here:

Hoi,
what kind of module you are using there?
---
Please put there any other Joomla core module (for example Menu or Articles - Latest) for test purpose, and disable current one.

I checked this is not Helix3 issue (nobody had it before),
so it must be code problem in this module only.

Hi Paul,

thanks for your reply.

I am using the standard HTML module at the left bottom. See attachment. Nothing special.
And I just noticed this problem today. To be sure I have updated the helix3 and joomla to 3.8.0 but this doesn't resolve the problem.
